Great staff! The front desk staff was always friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was really nice. Some of the hallway areas and parts of the rooms could use some updating but overall the hotel is really good. Cleanliness is important and this hotel really was very clean!

Staff were friendly and helpful which was great for english speaking guests such as us. The location was fantastic fir us as we could walk to everything.

I can not thank the staff enough for their wonderful help. Martin and the reception team were so brilliant helping me with my suitcase issues and I will be forever grateful.

The staff was very helpful. The room was nice and clean. The location was good. We stayed one night when we arrived in Argentina and one night when we were leaving since we liked the hotel a lot.

Good breakfast (yes, too many sweets, but you are in Argentina, ok? Accept it and be happy), comfortable room, most of the staff very friendly.The hotel is it an old building, since the 'original' hotel is receiving an 'upgrade'. It's not what you see in the pictures, but it's just nice. Very well located.

The room was very clean as well as the common areas and the bed was big enough for one person and very comfortable. The staff's really friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a very good and calm neighborhood - a walking distance from Teatro Colón and Obelisco.

staff are very friendly, good value for money, the bar staff and restaurant staff were over friendly, in a good location can walk to many main attractions
